PREFAB INSULATED CONCRETE FOUNDATION
As long as the site is accessible to a crane we use a prefabricated insulated Concrete Wall system. Factory exacting modules with high R-value. The Speed of erection is typically one day. Take that Construction Loan interest. No mess no fuss. No lumps of concrete. No Lumber from form bracing strewn about. Ready for the next Prefab assembly. And another bonus – a help to the bottom line.

We focus on the building side of sustainibilty. How are we going to be responsible and ethical in our use of the materials and methods we use to build. Our prefab systems eliminate much waste and use reycled materials. The Metal prefab panels for example are made from recycled steel. The effiecency of prefab production reduces the Carbon Footprint.

Let’s keep the enregy in the building. Let’s build GREEN SHELLS which help lower energy costs and keep you comfortable. Let’s build in the factory with precision and no waste. We use Galvinized Metal (no rust and no mold) Wall Panels engineered for the design loadings placed on them. How about an R Value for the Walls of 33. Then an R Value for the Roof Panels of 48. Those are the minimums we use.

Our use of Metal Insulated EPS Panels means no worries about mold or other fungi growing on the building envelope. The EPS foam is the same foam used to fill Teddy Bears. No VOC’s are released. Other strategies that we may employ are the use of low VOC cabinetry; drywall by CertainTeed -that actually removes formaldehyde and converts VOC’s into inert compounds; Hardwood floors in lieu of carpeting which may have formaldehyde.
